BEHIND THE NAME Shortscape originated from two words - short and escape - to illustrate the concept of how fashion, beauty and travel can allow a short escape from the everyday of corporate life. It also conveys the creator's personal experience being the short person in a landscape of towering models and talents in the fashion industry. Shortscape is always moving and on the go, determined to never skip a beat.
ABOUT DEBORAHDeborah Han is a menswear designer, a content creator, an avid traveler and is the face and voice of Shortscape. Originally from Los Angeles, Deborah relocated to New York in 2008 to pursue a career in design. She received her BFA in Fashion Design from Parsons School of Design and spent time in Central Saint Martins in London studying menswear. Deborah began her career designing menswear and started Shortscape along the way to share her experiences in fashion and everything that comes with it. Deb is a creative enthusiast and a friend of the arts, culture, and human beings. Today she operates her own online concept store called CEIICE.
