Memorial Day in Montauk
A few friends and I took a day trip to Montauk for Memorial Day last week to mark the official start of summer coming off of a horribly long winter. I think we can all agree that New York now only has two seasons, winter and summer.
Clearly I am still on a COS kick because I wore another COS shirt for a day at the beach.
An item I've recently found to heighten me oh-so-subtly are these platform bluchers or flatforms as many retailers have been calling it. It's easily become my everyday shoe since wearing heels all the time gets old. As long as the shoe is narrow and the toe is pointy enough to give you the slimming effect you need, it just might be worth the venture.
