NikeLab x Sacai
The NikeLab x Sacai collaboration was something I looked forward to very much. I made sure to snatch the windrunner and the sport skirt in royal blue on opening day.
By incorporating pleated panels into the active silhouettes, the collection infuses just the right amount of Sacai's fem and Nike's sport. Its lightweight nylon fabrication and functional design encourages movement and play. The jacket fits well and so does the sport skirt as long as I pull the waist all the way up to accommodate for my height.
I took this outfit out for a casual jog around Dumbo, Brooklyn last week and I must say I don't think I've had so much fun wearing a piece of garment. The pleats demand you to move.
